Refunds & Returns
Each artwork is created and packaged with great care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@onaiiart.com.
To be eligible for a return:
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be approved before shipping
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the artwork being safely returned and inspected
Original Artworks
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by Jedidah Chick unless otherwise stated.
Due to the unique nature of original art:
- Reserved or commissioned works are non-refundable
- Artworks cannot be held without agreed payment arrangements
- Payment plans may be available on selected pieces and must be completed within agreed timeframes before shipment
Sold works displayed on the website remain part of Jedidah’s portfolio archive and may no longer be available for purchase.
Prints & Collector Editions
Selected works are released as archival-quality collector prints.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Limited edition prints may be retired permanently once sold out
- Framed and custom print orders are made to order and may not be eligible for return unless damaged or faulty

- Photographs if the item arrived damaged
Return instructions will then be provided.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

- International collectors are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase for shipping enquiries relating to large original artworks
