A mixed media painting of an afro girl with fabric and an abstract impasto background. She is dancing and the fabric hangs off the canvas. The material is African Ankara material and she has earrings and arm bracelets copper 3d effect. The background is patterned and textured in burnt sienna, white and purple tones.
This is a one off original painting and no prints will be available.
With this collection, Jedidah was going for a “multi dimensional” look with real African fabric hanging off the canvas and rich impasto. The use of fabric in artwork is quite unique to Zimbabwe.
